This split level home has two convential staircase flights in Spotted Gum servicing the three different levels. With painted timber posts and strings thatare rounded out nicely with modern stainless steel gradient balustrade and an oval timber handrail.

Specifications: Closed stair, Closed strings, Treads and risers with 30mm Nosing Projection. The Material used is: Strings ex 38mm Pine; Treads ex 38mm Spotted Gum, Riser ex 25mm Spotted Gum.
Baluster Material:
Specifications: ex 100×100 posts, ex 75x50mm oval timber handrails, ex 100x38mm capping and fascia, 38mm round stainless steel uprights and 16mm round stainless steel horizontals.
