Muted Timber Aesthetic Staircase design

Glass Balustrade can be designed in many different ways to create  different effects. In this Oak Hill estate Reservoir home, 12mm toughened glass panels were inserted into the strings and handrails of the staircase. The effect is for a glass balustrade with no fixings or brackets. The staircase flights are lined with carpet, while the visible timbers in Tasmanian Oak have been stained to mute the presence of timber in the design. The layout allowed for the ground floor wall.
