The first thing seen on the entry to this Sanctuary Lakes home is this classic flared timber staircase. The staircase is in Tasmanian Oak, with traditional turned newel posts, and black wrought iron ‘twist’ patterned balusters. At the commencement of the staircase flight, the staircase has a flare and large bullnose step. The design of the staircase is with conventional closed strings with curved tops keeping with the classic style.
