In late September 2012 Signature Stairs was awarded as a finalist for excellence in Joinery for the Australian Timber Design Awards 2012. In awards there are several different categories in which commendation is awarded for the innovative use of timber. The award covers projects from all over Australia.
Signature Stairs received recognition for using timber in lieu of steel in the design and manufacture of a centre string staircase design, and executing a design with precision and skill in joinery to achieve a spectacular aesthetic for the client.
