Coastal homes provide a perfect back drop for creative home design as does this holiday house is in Manns Beach, a three hour drive from Melbourne. On this project Signature Stairs designed an innovative timber balustrade design in Silver Top Ash. The balusters are fixed to the face of a timber fascia. Using this technique the water isn’t allowed to pool which is often the case with other methods. The top of the balusters are protected by a timber top rail.
